Who are we looking for?

Strength for our customer support team, which will be in daily contact with our customers through chat, email, and phone. Among your responsibilities will also be the technical part of onboarding new clients via screen sharing during online calls. You will also closely collaborate with our development team not only to solve issues but also to enhance features of our application.
Previous experience in customer support is a significant advantage, but crucial for us are your communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well together.
