What is a order?
An online store order is a digital request for products, specifying items, quantities, and delivery details.
How do I find out the number of orders?
The number of orders can be found in the administration of the e-shop platform you are using or from the supplier of transport services.
What is an extra order?
An extra order is a order beyond the volume tier you have selected. If you select any plan containing 2,000 orders and you ship a total of 2,010 orders at the end of the billing period, the extra 10 orders will be charged according to the price list.
What is a trial period?
The trial period is a 14-day period during which you can try our service completely free of charge, with no obligation or need to enter a credit card number.
What is a subscription?
A subscription is a commitment to subscribe for unlimited time to services, for which you will be charged a monthly fee according to the selected subscription terms and volume.
When will my card be charged?
Once the trial period is over and the paid service is confirmed, the payment is debited from your account. On this date, an amount adequate to your subscription will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. Payment is always made for the upcoming period.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription directly in the Foxdeli app, in the "Billing" section.
